Eytan Avriel, TheMarker
Eytan Avriel is one of the founders of TheMarker Group and the editor of TheMarker's Web site. Avriel has 19 years of experience in financial and economic journalism, and provides regular analyses for the group’s newspaper, magazine, and Web site. He holds an MBA from Hebrew University and a BSC in Natural Sciences and Business Management.
Avriel held various positions at Reuters, which is considered the leading international news source for economics. His positions included managing the editorial staff, developing new products, and managing the sales and marketing department.
He also worked as an investment manager in a mutual fund investment company, and simultaneously, promoted public initiatives, including an ethics code for Internet Web sites sponsored by the Israel Securities Authorities.
