Yitzhak (Tzahi) Apeloig, DAN DAVID FOUNDATION
Yitzhak (Tzahi) Apeloig is the owner and CEO of Anigad, an investment and financial consultation company. Apeloig has 15 years of experience in the investments and finance fields, including initial public offering in Israel, New York, and London. He has wide experience in relocating companies in Israel and Europe, mostly in the communications and financial fields, through cooperation with strategic groups in Israel, assimilating work patterns and more.
Apeloig is a certified accountant, and holds a degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University, graduating with honors. For the past two years, Tzahi has been working with a group headed by Dan David in the private equity field in Israel and abroad. The group has invested in various companies in different fields of business.
From August 2003 to August 2005, Tzahi served as chairman of the board of Telit Communications, bringing it to its public offering on the London Stock Exchange (AIM). From 1994 to 2005 Tzahi was VP of Finance and other managerial positions in Polar Investments Ltd.
From November 1992 until November 1994, Tzahi served as chief financial officer of Magal Security Systems Ltd, and helped make it a public offering on NASDAQ.
