Erez Leo Hagai, Cinterra Group
Erez Leo Hagai, co-director of the Cinterra Group, was born on July 30, 1970 in Ramat Gan, and paved his way to reach the top of the Israeli branding market. Hagai is a doctoral candidate in business administration, and specializes in developing favorable images and continuous communication with different target markets for every organization. Hagai, senior lecturer in various universities, collages, and in public and private companies, has more than 15 years of experience in launching products, consultancy and marketing communication to leading figures and businesses and in political and retailer lobbying. He also has widespread contacts with the press, ministries and opinion leaders.
In 2005, he founded the Cinterra Group along with Michaela Elram, the only company in Israel that specializes in brand name development, public relations, strategic consultancy and creating new categories in the market and developing a corporate identity, services which it delivers from the beginning to the end of the process, all under the same roof.
Hagai fully believes in Israeli entrepreneurship and lobbying for small and medium businesses, and helping them confront market and bureaucracy hardships.
"I believe," Hagai says, "that Israel is a wonderful place for testing your idea, and whoever succeeds in Israel can succeed anywhere else in the world. In reality, in Israel, favoritism is in fact getting what you deserve."
